I just brought my bike home, gave it a ride, and noticed a few weird computer problems.

Rear abs is always showing disabled in the indicator but enabled in the settings.

Traction control is never enabled. When i enable it in settings it turns itself right back off

Any thoughts on what I should do about this?

If u can't get any satisfaction here call your dealer and sort it over the phone.
Now, having said that with my 2022 Vit u need to go at least 5 kph for the ABS light to go off. The rest of the setting were pretty much the way i wanted so i didn't mess with them cus i just wanted the basics.
I'm sure someone with more specific knowledge than me will chime in and give u more up-to-date info.
Just out of curiosity what do u think of the 2024 Svart so far....any bugs/annoyances other than what u described; or is it to early?

well this is my first (road) bike so i'm just pumped about the whole thing. it's an awesome ride so far. has plenty of power for me. I don't have a license or a learner permit yet so just riding it around my neighborhood

Also make sure you are not in some "Offroad" type setting that will automatically shut off the rear ABS and probably traction control.

Edit - just watched the video - what RIDE MODE are you in?

The bike is doing the same thing with ride mode. I can't switch to "rain" mode. It's always in street and when i switch to rain it gives a message saying "close throttle" but throttle is closed. 🤷‍♂️

Refer to your owners manual, or ring your dealer or ANY Husky dealer.
Your probably overlooking some minor (but important) setting as i find it hard to believe Husky would test and release a bike with this inherent fault.
PS. " I don't have a license or a learner permit yet " We all like to break the rules occasionally but by the same token.....don't attract attention to yourself. 🥵

I am no expert in modern motorcycle electronics but in the manual for your bike it says when the abs rear lamp is on rear abs is deactivated (supermoto mode) and when the tc lamp is on the traction control is deactivated (again supermoto mode will deactivate tc) so you will need to change ‘supermoto’ to ‘road’mode.
‘Street’ and ‘Rain’ modes are about throttle response not abs or traction control.
Your vid does not show if you are in Street or Supermoto mode.
This info is in your manual. 👍
Edit….
A quick search on YouTube.
2024 Husqvarna Svartpilen 401 TFT menu settings explained shows you how to change modes. I think you need to hold the button for 2 seconds to make the setting change.

update for anyone who is interested. I just got my bike back from the dealer. They said the software was set to EU region and i'm in the US. Was definitely there fault. All fixed and working now

Rookie error
Probably pointless in asking for some sort of compensation cos Husqvarna are going to blame the dealer and the dealer is going to blame Husqvarna; and both are going to blame God.
I would have thought the dealer would give a discount on future parts/service/accessories as a gesture of goodwill........anyway, it's sorted. (y)
