MCN Reviews the Norden!

To be honest ... kinda disagree on everything MCN is saying.

- The talk about putting offroad-mode/ABS being difficult ... he's clearly not using Xplorer mode or the "quick-access-favorite-buttons"
- No, you cant ride a 1250 GS home for the same amount
- it's not cheaper then a Triumph 900 if you equip them with the same options
- they missed the point of the bike and start compairing it with a 890R adv (the Norden doesnt aim at the same experience at all)
- if the throttle is "too direct", adjust the sensitivity in Xplorer mode
- tyres actually do an amazing job ... as stated on various forums and reviews
- bike DOES give you alot of convidence offroad and on tarmac it's a beast in corners
- adjusting of slip-control DOES matter (gravel vs mud), especially if you arent a hardcore offroad-veteran
- the screen is good ... unless you start to compairing it with a 1250 GS. Indeed a bit of wind on the shoulders, but small screen is a must offroad

Feels like they made a review just to be different then all the other reviewers which were ,99% of them, lyrical about the Norden.
I would say, test-ride it and judge it yourself ;)

Don’t worry, most think mcn is a comic and don’t take what they say too seriously.
