As I'm not quite committed to fully replacing the whole turn signals. I had recently blacked out the chrome housings of the stock units for a subtle appearance change. But this made the halogen bulb a bit less noticeable when flashing in bright daylight. Today I added some LED bulbs that were in my Christmas stocking.

They are significantly brighter than the halogen bulb, and an easy install for anyone that just wants/needs to replace the stock bulbs. Video shows the halogen first, then the LED bulb. Certainly bright enough to get the attention of other drivers. Uodate: No issues 6 months later.

This seems to be way brighter. I assume it will help with visibility. If I were to do this, is there any battery issues that I could expect?

I've had no issues with them but don't have much time riding with them yet, just a couple hours. Their flash rate is actually acceptable to me and not a typical hyperflash, so I don't have any plans to mess with that. I mainly wanted brighter bulbs since I made the housings black.
