Kriega US-30 Drypack

Has anyone experience of using/mounting this on the svartpilen 401 2024? Easy/difficult to mount? Stable on ride? Waterproofing work? Gping to Ireland (from Sweden) where waterproofing is a must

I don't have any experience with the 401, but with the 801 and the Kriega US bags.
As there's no luggage rack available that fits the 801, I have fabricated one.
With the 401 you can buy the small optional Husqvarna luggage rack or you can strap the bags to the pillion seat.

I use a Kriega US-20 and two US-10 on my 701, there's very few bikes you can't fit these bags to.

I just put 2 loop straps under the pillion seat and hook the bags to those loops.

Thanks! It does look like it will work and the Kriega is the best option I have seen. Has the waterproofing worked well for you?

Have been using those Kriega bags for over 10 years, possibly 15, and two of the three were second hand. And they never let a drop of water in.
