Frankly, I hadn't realized how bad it had become. It was barely damping and had some decided notches in the movement.
Now it's perfect again.

Regular shops don't have the proper bleeding machine hat is apparently absolutely required. So I asked some local Ohlins Service centers, and they couldnt handle it due to needing special tools (typical ohlins!). So I sent it to Ohlins USA in North Carolina. They turned it around the day after they received it, really awesome service. Needed new o-rings and a new vane. And of course new fluid.

Sweet,😻 thanks for the info! Was it new when you got it? 100Hrs seems kinda low for it to need refurbishing? Chris

Yes, it was new.
Actually, desert riding can be pretty harsh, so ?
I have no idea, but Ohlins did say every 100hours, and the suspension was definitely due. So I figured I'd do it at the same time. My local guy will do the suspension.
