Issues with starter solenoid or relay?

. Thought it was a dead battery at first since it would start with a jump, but after getting a new LiPo battery and fully charging that, it still wouldn’t work.

What LiPo battery is it. I bought a Lithium battery online that should have been capable of starting my 401 but it just clicked. I put it in a 150cc scooter I have and it fires that right up. The seller finally agreed that it would not work on my 401 and took it back. Bought a Yuasa lead acid and all is good.

These single cylinder 393cc motors take a lot of amps to make the stater work.

Also there are like 4 identical brown relays next to each other. You can swap them if you think it is going bad.
