Hi all,

Has anyone bought/tried the Husqvarna Torque wrench? If so, did it have everything you needed for the 401?
I was watching this review, and it seems decent:

Just got mine a few days ago. Installed a skid plate on my daughters TC85 and stripped 2 bolts and never clicked for me. Tried again the following day and installed a grab handle on my TC250 and snapped a bolt, again no click. Frustrated, went to my brother in laws who is a bike builder hobbyist and cross checked with his and he said it appeared to to work. Following day, I had to strip some plastics and the silencer off to get at the broken bolt and it came out easily. Decided to give it another whirl and was putting a fender bolt back on, had it set at 7.4nm and continued tightening waiting for a click, and SNAP, broke another bolt. Went back to my bro in laws upset, and again he compared it to his. Sure enough, no click at 10nm, reset to zero tried again, once again it did not click. Several tries and after the 4th it did click at the desired torque. He said that something not right and recommended returning it, as it appeared to randomly work, not good he said. Again, we decided to try it on some spokes on an old wheel that he had off an R1. to which he had hand tightened, set it at the appropriate value, snapped a spoke. Beautiful little tool, but I am now scared to use it. He said he never used a torque wrench on any part of a bike unless the engine head. Said he has never had a bolt or nut come loose ever on any bike, new or old.

I might suggest buying tools from a known tool manufacturer, especially expensive tools. I can't imagine Husky is the actual manufacturer of that thing.
A quick google seems to indicate this wrench is actually made by AuzGrip.
