Leave a 3 star review letting them know the review is for not making good on their promise to give you the service manual, and you'll update the review to reflect when they make good on their promise.

Then email them with a screen shot of your review.

I don't believe in changing reviews because the vendor fixed the problem. The point of the review is to let others know so they can avoid that vendor! But now we are way off topic.
