how can i put the official full power map on my vitpilen?

hy to yall, i have a 35kw (48hp) vitpilen that i take to map it to full power...
the problem is that the dealership at wich i bought the bike wont' install the full power map even if i would sign a contract that i will take responsibility in case something happens... but nor them or near dealers wants to accept it..

so my question is.. there is a way to do it at home buying something to program it?
 
Why won't they do it ? If you don't have the licence it's illegal. If you do have licence try another dealer. You do need the special Husqvarna dealer computer to do it though

you need to understand that here in italy everyone do this, because wew spend a lot less in insurance (2 to 3 times less) and because the a2 legal bikes cost less...

that's why
 
You can't expect someone to do something illegal for you just because "everyone do this".
 
I did this in Romania, but only after I showed them that the bike is registered as non 35kw version. If you want to have a more powerful bike, you need to pay taxes and insurance according to the power of the bike. It's illegal to ride a non 35kw bike, registered as 35kw, no matter what driving license you have. Riding a "A" class bike with "A2" license could also bring you a criminal record.
