Heated Grips

Who has them on their 401 and how do you have them wired?

I think I recall someone here having electronic issues after having installed them or it may have been LED turn signals.
 
How do you have them wired? Directly to the battery?
I had them installed at a dealership when doing some other maintenance so can't say forsure.
While working on the bike today I didn't see any additional wires connected directly to the battery.
Found this in the booklet, maybe the grips are only connected to an existing 'block connector'?

There are available accessory outlets in a couple spots but I don't know what the current limit is. I thought handgrip heaters would be high but if it is only a 5A fuse you could tie in to those just fine.

Oxford heated grips and hand guards on my Svartpilen 401 has been an absolute game changer in cold weather.
