Has anyone changed the handlebar position on a Svart by rotating the handlebar clamp? I'm assuming the position of the clamp from the factory is mounted so that the bar is farther away from you. I'd like the bars to be a little closer to me, but is it worth it to go through the hassle for 5mm. . . am I going to even notice that?

You should try it. It's a pretty simple operation, just four bolts after all, you can always put it back if you don't like it. The only thing is that because the switchgears are pegged so you can't change the angle of them. It'l

I always adjust the bars, levers, and foot controls to my preferences.
My luck usually turns it into a two beer job, which in turn makes it a four beer job with "extra bolts" at the end.

Try installing 1" spacer, I did this and kept the angle on factory, have been riding for the past 2 weeks and it feels way better.

I needed to tilt my Svart bars like one notch, and then adjusted the levers, and then checked the mirror adjustment.
For the levers, I took a wrench with me on an empty road for a "setup" ride.
I also noticed later that my adjusted posture led to a different seat position, which finally ended up with a shifter lever adjustment once I was parked again.
And all in all, it seems like typing this message took more time than the physical "wrench turning"... my indecisiveness with the adjustments probably took the better part of a half an afternoon.

Inspired by the thread, I decided to give it a try and adjust the handlebar and levers position. Turned out to be super easy and fast, and managed to get my arms from shoulder to wrist and (externded) fingers in a straight line. Bolts were easy to loosen and tighten (both for the handlebar and for the levers). Didn't use a torque wrench, just tried to get them all back to as tight as they felt when I started loosening them.

Because I'm a completist and someday this may come up in someone's search: the 2022 Svartpilen owners manual lists (p. 128) the torque for the handlebar clamp as:
Screw, handlebar clamp: M8 — torque 20 Nm / 14.8 ft/lb and recommends using Loctite 243 (aka "blue").

A riser spacer will do the trick, I did this to mine and made the ride much more pleasant, more upright and less on my wrists when braking. I used a 30mm spacer which was listed for the duke 390. Whole thing took me about 15 mins to do and adjust to my liking and no need for cable/line extensions

Those risers - spacers for the duke are a perfect fit for the svart? Same dimensions for screws etc...?
Yep all exactly the same. Worked a treat, have several hundred miles on the bike since the replacement and much nicer ride with them on
