Are they not answering phone?
The shopping experience was a little vague when I bought mine. They do not say which year the product works with, turns out all years before 2023. The issue buying from them now is the newer 2024 onwards model, I believe the one they currently sell is for the older model but it is not clear. I have a picture of the box from mine which works perfectly (2023 Svart) if that is any help.
