Unfortunately, it appears that the turn signals on the Evotech tail tidy are positioned significantly further apart than is actually necessary.
Perhaps they didn't fully grasp the regulations; specifically, that only the illuminated part of the lenses counts when measuring the required 18 cm gap between the turn signals.
That doesn't really help with the melting issue. Hopefully, the fact that the turns signals are mounted relatively high means it will still work.
