That’s very smart! I’m not an engineer, I work with education. I would never have thought of that. You can use a 3D-scanner; or just fabricate a simple template; all you'll need are some M6 grub screws, some masking tape and some cardboard...
It's not too difficult.

Is this for the 2016-2023 model?Today I ordered an Evotech KTM 390 Duke tail tidy and will give it a try.
The length and angle of the arm might fit; maybe the angle needs some adjustment; a new mounting-plate to the frame is definitely necessary.
It works with the stock Husky/KTM numberplate light and with Husky/KTM indicators; the angle of the numberplate is 40°.
Not sure about the stock Husky indicators; maybe they will work; maybe shorter indicators are necessary.

Did you find a place to buy it in EU?
It would need some major modifications (again a separate baseplate, slightly correction of the mounting-angle, an additional mounting-block and maybe also an additional mounting-spacer, and again the licence plate holder plate needs to be adjusted, ...), but nevertheless it should be possible to adapt it.
Quite a big difference for the indicators, judging by the photos. Here two more pics; the mounting points of the turn signals are a tad higher and more towards the muffler.

I have created a technical drawing to fabricate the baseplate, but can't upload a pdf-file...
If you are interested in the drawing, send me a PM with your mail-address and I will send you the PDF.
Here the drawing as a jpg; but you should use the PDF.

Suppose you don't have the hole to hole measurements? I'm 3d printing a mount for a mate but don't have his bike here to measure things up
The dwg would be perfect!I could measure them from the technical drawing; or could send you a dwg.
Can you show some sketches of your design of the tail tidy?
The dwg would be perfect!
I'm just modifying some existing 3d print designs to suit, he has a shorter exhaust on his 801 so it can sit a little under the seat more than ones with the stock exhaust, I'll post a pic when we install it this weekend
