I've personally never used a spray before. The only product that I've used is the Motul chain paste.

I have been pleased with the motul paste on the DID chain so far.

On the RK uw ring I preferred the motul spray with teflon and using an RK non sealed for streetish riding I preferred a chain oiler.

On my last japanese bike I used exclusively motorex racing spray with teflon, and the 1st chain was still in good shape after 25k miles.

You Tuber FortNine did a vid comparing all the various lubes for flinging, friction, durability.
His conclusion: Use 90 weight gear lube. I did. It stinks up the garage.
