Hi, dear friends! Now I'm designing the tail tidy for 2021 Husqvarna Svartpilen 401. It will be cut on a laser plotter from 3mm aluminum sheet (see picture). There is a problem with the dimensions of the spacer bushings for attaching it to the subframe (threaded places for mounting direction indicators), namely their length. I don't have access to a motorcycle right now, could someone help me solve this problem? I am interested in the parallelism of the planes and the difference in levels (or not), see the picture. After I make this tail tidy and everything is fine, I will post the vector circuit (contour) on the forum, according to which it will be possible to cut the workpiece on a laser plotter or by hand.
PS Previously, this information was on the Vitpilenforum, but now this resource is no longer available. It's a pity.

Hello, friends! The theme of my fight against the Arrow hager has long roots. I started thinking about this almost immediately after I bought the motorcycle. Finally I did it. The arrow began to look like an arrow, it seems to me. :)
Not painted yet!
