Connectivity Option missing?

Hi all,

I am a proud owner of a 2024 Svartpilen 801 and have been playing around with it since I bought it 2 weeks ago. One thing I cannot figure out is how to connect my phone to the bike for the navigation among others, I´d really like to try this out.

I have been reading/searching all over the internet and manual on how to create this connection, however, I am unable to find the Connectivity Option in the settings of the bike like it is shown in the manual or YouTube Videos. I even switched the language in the hope that it was just, well... not there, to no avail so far.

Do I need some kind of special package? I keep reading that the Connectivity should be standard on the 2024 models. The actual model code is "F2703X2".

In the Menu for the special packages I can see the standard ones I believe.

Has anyone come across this, am I missing something really obvious here?

Thank you for any hint you can give!

Have you got the Husqvarna Ride App on your phone? Download the manual from Husqvarna, for my Vitpilen the phone/bluetooth instructions are on page 51 section 7.Go through the procedures and enter the passkey, should connect automatically every time the bike is turned on and your phone is in range It´s very straight forward to connect your phone. The satnav is a little disappointing/underwhelming Tbf

Thank you.

I do have the App installed and the VIN setup. Page 51 is also the one I am looking at, section 7.25.33 to be specific. There it shows the TFT display with the "Connectivity" Option under settings. When I navigate to settings I do not see "Connectivity" as an Option in the settings menu on my bike.

Does that appear only after I pair the phone with the Bike? That would seem kinda odd.

I will take a look after work today with the manual in hand as I have done before, it must be that I am missing something really obvious.

As a tech savy person I do feel I should be able to figure this out :)

Not sure, but I can uninstall and check on my bike if you need. Do you have a VPN or an add blocking App on your phone?
Édit´ there was an update for the Ride App yesterday
Édit´ Previous bike (Ducati) was a right pain in the butt to connect to.

Thanks.

Nope, nothing like that is running and the App is fully updated. I will try later today and report back. Maybe the bike needs a software update or something.

So, Just in from my garage, I am officially lost.

The Connectivity option is simply not there in the settings menu. As per the manual it should be right here, but it's not. 1000040143.jpg
Checking the special functions I cannot find anything either.

My software version:

@Dhd12: I would be very grateful if you could check if your software version or your extra functions menu looks different from mine.

I am starting to believe that the Connectivity is an extra feature that I am somehow missing despite the manual stating its standard, to my reading at least 🤓.

I want to make an appointment with the dealership anyway for the end of August, worst case they need to explain this to me.

Thank you.

Edit: I checked the Husqvarna website. There is definitely no Connectivity or Bluetooth package to buy, it confirms this should be standard.

This is what mine looks like. It does seem you are missing the option. I will check the software option now

Thanks a lot for your help. I did find a YouTube video with the same software version as I have where all is working.

I will try to visit the dealership on the weekend and see what they have to say.

Will keep you posted, a real mystery.

PS: Nice haircut 😀

I've just checked it on my bike: settings -> connectivity -> phone pairing
Software is also V.1V09

The 2025 is limited when it comes to the quickshifter so I guess they decided to limit even more functions.
