Some really fun commentary in this one!

Some good observations in there. They picked up my only gripes - dash and seat.
They overplay the relatively small fuel tank compared to the other bikes.

I'd happily swap for the Duke dash panel. The Svart one is difficult in sunlight. Another thing I had to get used to is when the fuel range is showing, the fuel pump icon sits next to the temperature gauge. That tricked me up for a while in the early days.

And the Svart seat gets hard after a bit of riding, but I've had mine out 100 km for lunch and 100 km back home and it wasn't too difficult. If I'm going further I'm on the bigger bike.

They complain a bit about the Pirelli Scorpion tyres as not as good on the road as the Duke's street tyres. Funnily enough, the funky tread of the Pirellis is a plus point for me. I bought the bike on looks and the tyres were part of that.

Yeah, I don't have any complaints about the fuel range. I use mine as a city bike and for an occasional back road sprint, no long distance tours. I'll note the smaller tank helps keep the weight low... every gallon of fuel weighs about 6 pounds.
And I do NOT see the infatuation with electronic dashboards... I wish it had a mechanical speedo and tach!

And what do we learn from the HP / Torque graphs, the euro 5 spec exhaust with 2 Cats makes less horsies than euro 4 spec exhaust with 1 Cat, wierd...

I take that back, what we learn is that the 2 lbs. of back tire are reducing the wheel Hp of the Svartpilen vs. The Duke.

I think it was Fortnine (youtube) that review one of the BMW 310 models (the adv bike maybe?).... not a good review.

I have seen one in real life only parked, havent seen one in action yet.

The bike itself looked like it was put together very well.
My first though was the exact same as the one with my Svartpilen, "well if there sure that's the best way to route the exhaust...🤷‍♂️
