Hi there, I'm pretty new to the forum. I have the 401 vitpilen that I bought new maybe a month ago from lings motorsports in Norwich. Some great deals to be had in the UK as I'm sure many of you know. As its new it comes with breakdown assistance. Does anyone know if this includes if a puncture occurs? I've tried reading through the terms but its a bit vague. Thanks in advance Paul

I joined the AA specifically for puncture breakdown assistance to get me home in the event of a puncture. I have spoken to their customer service team direct to make sure they will cover flat tyres on motorcycles and they do. I stated I would not need the puncture repaired roadside but would need me and my bike taken home. I only ride for pleasure so am not normally more than 50 mile from home. I think they put it in the back of the van.
I tried contacting (email) local private breakdown companies to see if they would get me and bike home if I got a puncture and none of them got back to me.
I have no experience with Husqvarna assistance and suspect they would use a breakdown company local to where you need assistance at the time of breaking down etc. just give them a ring, I’m sure they must have a customer service team who could help with your enquiry.
