Bobbins with Stock Fender / Plate Holder

Has anyone figured out how to properly install bobbins for lifting the bike without removing the fender/plate holder?

The manual mentions a bolt length, but it looks ridiculous because it doesn't sit flush...

Even with the fender removed the bobbins I found stick out too far. I think they would hit the muffler with full suspension compression. I remove mine when not using them.
So we need to find some low profile bobbins too.
 
I am using the rubber L-Shapped ones that go under the swing arm.
It's not as nice as when the proper bobbins are installed because it seens to always gets caught on my chain Oiler and gets this close (touching fingers) to dumping the bike...
 
It is possible to fit bobbins without removing the stock license plate holder. I used Evotech bobbins. They don't hit the exhaust muffler ever, and my bike has the lowered suspension. I made a detailed post about how to do it on that 'other' forum. Essentially I made special adaptor.

Have you guys bottomed your suspension?
Husky claims 150mm of rear wheel travel, so I just measured up from the bobbin to the muffler and it's seems to close to me... Iooks like it will clear but not by much.

The manual says specifically that the bobbins sold by HQV/KTM must be removed before riding or they could collide the stock muffler, but then again the tolerances are like an inch in all directions on the mounting of the stock pipe.
 
And to the suspension question,-
-yes, found the bump stop often and sometimes hard on the stock rear shock.
-not really, I use the whole travel on the hyperpro, but haven't slammed like with the stock one.

It can happen easy if you find a nice pothole when the suspension is already partly compressed.
