It's time to get a new battery, and I want to go with a Antigravity/LiFePO type. I have a 2019 Svart 701.

Can you advise on the battery you chose and if you needed to do any mods to get it to work? Straight drop in or needed some tweaking/packaging?

Any problems with it? Cold starting?

Also, can it be charged with a standard battery charger? If not, what charger are you using?

I know this has been kicked around a few times prev, but hoping to get it in one thread.

Thanks.

I went with the i-tecc+ LiFeEnergy5000 since 03/2022 without any problems or need for external recharge.
One time mounted and forgotten.

I modified (additional pivot) the original rubber band to secure the lighter and smaller battery in place. A small foam pad closed a remaining gap.

You can charge it with standard battery charger if you can make sure to limit the max voltage < 14,4 V.
I used the supply program (13,6V/10A) of my CTEK MXS 10 to support while flashing the ECU.

I have a NOCO NLP14, straight drop in, came charged, hasn't needed any maintenance in two years and starts flawlessly no matter how long it has been sat.

I have an Antigravity 801 on my 20' Svart since day 1
Starts always without issues. I can't say much about cold starts since I've never started it below 45 F (7 C)
