Lets put it into perspective though, the place where I got my lawnmower still needs to send me a Mulching Blade thats been on order since July.
It was promised for July, then August, then finally confirmed for November and when I didnt get it and called down there, they told me it was "...delayed due to chip supply..." at which I repleid "What the h+++ do Fritos have to do with my mulch blade!?!"... since then I still have no updated delivery date...
When a lack of Frito's is arguably the reason for BW's delivery delay then I would estimate that no improvement in their service can be achieved through negative postings.
In the end were all probably lucky when they take the time to make sure it work right, and dont rush it.
Frustrating none the less...
