Hi Team...anyone ordered there new v2?..i ordered as they said nov 23, then dec23...and now march 23...anyone got replies to there email as i am having no luck but that doesnt surprise me....cheers.
They told me they'd finally replace my broken dash in Nov. Then crickets.

To be fair, they’ve been horrible to deal with for years. A friend of mine never got a large portion of the LeClerq special she ordered before covid…

yeah i have never heard anything good about them, but i did get my first order off them for the belly pan frame, k and n filter.

Sorry for anyone losing our, but this at least stops anyone else getting sucked into their vortex of broken promises and poor service.
My finger has hovered over the buy button for that dash a few times, eternally grateful I didn't press it now.

I ordered also on in oct ‘23, paid for it, never received it… in nov there was an “update” about a “small delay” he had all the necessary parts in house but the alloy parts had a delay in machining, all was fine… the delivery was planned for December ‘23…
In january ‘24 still nothing…. Contacted him 3 times, never an answer… now it is 16 February’24
The guy seems a fraud, since the website is ofline now and i read “bankruptcy” here?
I paid him a lot of money… pfff
No adress, no phonenumber, should have been a warning… the Leclerc 701 promised a little trustworthiness tbh..
Does anybody know his curator / insolvency practitioner ?
I hope he does sleep bad every night..

What does that even mean for anyone they still owe?
I emailed them to ask about the carbon fibre package and a few days later the reply was “Company is under a buyout right now.
It will start again in April”

Someone is probably buying the inventory, machinery, leases and any intellectual property but probably not dumb enough to buy the company's legal entity and their debts. Nobody is even going to know/care about debts due to non shipment of product if individuals didn't begin legal proceedings.
Good riddance to them, I thought many times about buying that neat dashboard.

i doubt they have any machinery themselves.. in the rare occassions he replied (AFTER payment) , parts "needed" to arrive and others were to blame..
before payment, "everything" was on stock for imediate delivery. only a few small bits arrived, but no dash...
in images on the internet regarding Bad winners location, all i can find is an almost empty shed, no machinery, and every CNC producer IS proud of their machinery and will show them if they own them
contact@badwinners.com is the email. I’ve actually had good customer experience with them. I asked for a discount code, they provided and I ordered. Got everything quick and in working order. I had issues with finding the map on the power commander and they helped me out and let me know that the map is a little lean for the EU market.
I was only ghosted right before recently and now we all know why. I had the carbon package in my cart and emailed them for a discount code. I never received a reply and shortly after as the website went down. I felt like I dodged a bullet but I really really want a carbon fiber tank for my Vitpilen. Nobody else sells one as far as I can tell.

yeahh but that is an older experience... since december 2023 nothing happens... WHEN did you emailed them? recently?
maybe they only reply to people who still want to spend/pay in stead of towards customers who allready did pay , as they do not respond on any email of me atleast..
