I recently purchased a 2017 Husqvarna 701 Enduro. I love the bike, but noticed what looks like tire rub marks on the inside of the rear fender. I don’t think I’ve ever bottomed out the suspension and I never noticed the sound of treads hitting the fender, but the mud is rubbed off so it must have been me.
The previous owner installed a Kouba lowering link so I’m thinking that may be causing the issue. Has anybody else experienced tire rub after lowering the 701 Enduro? I’m paranoid about it eating into the fuel tank. I have some aggressive off-road rides coming up so I want to get it resolved before then.
