So basically this the same issue as everyone that the bike dies when clutch is fully engaged coming from 3-2 and commonly from 2-1. Everytime it happens a loud knock can be heard, sometimes the loud knocking sound will happen but the bike won't stall.

I asked the dealar about this during break-in (500km) and told me that maybe I just have bad clutch control.

Now at 3000km it still happens and has gotten worse because it happens daily. So I tried replicating thr problem while the bike is in neutral and viola, it still does it even when the bike is in neutral. On top of that I have bad fuel consumption at only 16km/l on open roads and highways.

Sorry about your troubles. I've not had this problem myself.

Considering how long this issue might take to get resolved at your local Husqvarna dealer if it was me I would go thru the entire bike and make sure all the electrical connections are tight.

Start under the seat at the battery and starter solenoid where others have had loose connections.

Also contact Husqvarna Motorcycles Philippines (facebook page) before taking it back to a dealer. Tell them about the issue and that it is dangerous and that you have almost been in several accidents because of the stalling issue. Maybe they can send you to a competent dealer that can read ECU codes and do actual troubleshooting.

Last resort would be to take it to a dealer and say fix it and you don't want it back until it is fixed but that could take months.
