[2021 Vit 401] What is this part and should there be a bolt in that hole?

Mine (2023) has the same.
Looks like it has been checked with green marker twice, my guess and it is just a guess is that a probe screws in for setting throttle body during building of bike. This is then removed once checked. There is no evidence on mine that’s bolt has been in there before the green marker was applied as you can see the green on the chamfer before the threads. I think someone has already asked on here about this but I cannot find the post.
