That's exactly right, incredibly easy mod. Took me 5 minutes each side, such a big difference.

yeah i was a bit disappointed when i found out the mirror plugs were glued in on the 2021s.
I went with the rhinomoto weighted adapters, the CRG 3" lanesplit mirrors also got the same mirror plugs from amazon. I like the setup very much. Not much vibration and visibility is pretty good. I have another bike with mirrors flipped under the handle bar and although the bike looks good that way it is not as user friendly. These mounted right at the end the of the bars, I can still see with a quick glance vs having to move my head.

Good thread, I also have a 21 and went with RhinoMoto + CRG Lane Splitters. I have a set of Luis Moto bar end mirrors (https://www.luismoto.it/pair-barend-mirrors-svartpilen-vitpilen-p-1821.html) I had imported from Italy before finding out the ones on my 21 were glued in. I'll ship them for $65 in the continental U.S. if anyone wants them. Have them up for sale locally as well.
