it's definitely close enough. nothing feels off at all.

    Powertronic ECU

No, it doesn't, but doesn't need to. The ECU will advance/retard the timing in all areas except closed loop, where the stock ECU uses the O2 sensor. I don't understand EFI systems all that well, but I asked similar questions to powertronic and they told me that on these bikes, closed loop with...

    Powertronic ECU

Tested both maps today over 100 miles, couldn't wait for the break-in. The second map feels much more stock at lower RPMs, but once you start ringing out the bike at higher RPMs, it's apparent that it's leaned out for more power up top. Definitely noticeable but only if you are riding fast and...

both cats are in the header pipe, on the inlet and outlet. there chamber is only for sound control. you remove the chamber and install the delete pipe. the cats remain inside the header pipe.

it's loud. quieter than I expected but still loud. But before it was hard to hear the engine through my helmet, now I can hear it instead of relying on the tach for shifting.

    Powertronic ECU

Took the bike out for the first ride with the Powertronic and chamber delete. I only tried Map 1 but hands down the ECU accomplished what I wanted. The bike is 1000% smoother. Low speed maneuvering is much smoother and there's no more of the slight stutter I was getting when trying to hold...

    Powertronic ECU

You can, I'm no expert so if the stock maps run well, I probably won't bother. They are a good starting point though, so if for example you need to solve something like a stalling or popping issue it's probably really easy to do. There is a youtube video I found that shows it in detail. He...

    Powertronic ECU

Just got the Powertronic installed yesterday on my 2020 Vitpilen 401. Was a pretty smooth install. The harness and connectors look to be OEM quality and the lengths are just right to do a clean installation. Hardest part was the TPS connector since it's in a tight spot, but even that wasn't...

    Best plug and play turnsignals

I purchased and recently installed the Euro signals. I got them from https://www.motorcyclespareparts.eu, for $250 shipped to New Jersey. Sounds like a lot, but they are OEM and higher end turn signals are not that far off in price. The plugs were different and you can find adapter harnesses...

    2021 bar end mirrors.

Looks great! There's a lot of confusion because the old part number doesn't have the hardware for the 20+ models and like your photo shows, all you need is the screw, star washer, spacer, and some loctite.

    Muffler replacement

I have a 2020, so not sure of what has changed but I bought a Coffman slip on (they have one specific for 20-21) for the exact reason you want it, just a little more sound. After I installed it, it's exactly what I was looking for. There are two baffles that can be removed to make it even...

    2021 bar end mirrors.

https://aomc.mx/21012940100.html The old part number was 21012940000. That was superseded by this new part that includes hardware for 20+ bikes.

Interesting.......it's likely the resistor then. Now hopefully the plugs are the same and i'll be all set.

    2021 bar end mirrors.

I installed the Husqvarna OEM bar end mirrors. I know they are pretty expensive, but they are really high quality and they give you all the hardware for both older models that use the expansion hardware and newer models (20+) that only need a screw, spacer, and lockwasher to go into the welded...

Coffman Shorty Exhaust - Now I’m Thumping!

I have the Coffman slip on also, and I had it made without the nameplate so it's solid black. Everything else is stock. If I did a chamber delete, any idea how much louder it would be? I'm actually happy with the sound right now so don't want it too much louder, but I hate the giant chamber...

    Best plug and play turnsignals

I ordered the OEM Euro signals for front and rear today. I'm hoping the connectors are the same but if not, I will splice it. I'm also seeing mixed info about whether they have resistors built in or not, or whether they are even needed as a lot of folks who install aftermarket LED signals say...
