I’m pretty sure the Fielx Pro+ lowers the heat. I have a spare since I just sold the bike but I can see you don’t live in EU. I can highly recommend buying one.

I had the 990R as a loan bike for a day. I really liked it! A lot better brakes and suspension than the 801 and of course some added power (130hp vs 105hp). Too bad I really dislike the colors on the 990R. Orange rims will be a pain to keep clean.

I think it’s pretty obvious why it’s not more popular. The 801 was 40% more expensive than the 790 when it released. It’s a hard sell to motivate that difference just because it’s built in Austria and has a better fork.

I don’t think it will get the Nuda following since it seems to be such a hard sell. Depending on the market and the insurance prices next year, I might swap it for a 1390R. I do love the 801 but it’s fun to buy and upgrade bikes.
