    Oscillating rear sprocket

So after further investigation, the bearing has an obviously bad spot which wants to lock-up every few rotations; guessing that's what caused it the rest of pieces to get worn. Check out the wear groove on the split ring:

    Oscillating rear sprocket

I went to install my 5-spokes wheels today and had to change plans... Once I cleaned the debris off the sprocket carrier I found that the bearing has at least 2mm of radial play in the carrier. ...so the laced wheels went back on.

New Bike, now all I need is a Plaid Shirt.

Performance was within 1hp and 1 torques of the Akro slip-on Pipe. And when considering the factors: Arrow: 76hp with 98 Octane at 31°C Akro: 75hp with 103 and 27°C I would say its pretty even then, except for the 1.5kg weight difference.

    Throttle Spacer

I put some in and then took them out after one ride, was nothing for me. There are multiple versions, the plastic printed ones and the milled aluminum ones.

2019 701 vitpilen from dealer. extended warranty ?

When I see bikes with 4 years warranty my first thought is how much additional cash is gonna flow for the first 4 annual services at the dealer... Then again some only do dealer services 🤷‍♀️

    Anyone swapped cams yet?

When I looked at it, it looks like in order to remove the cam, the timing chain needs to be made loose by releasing the tensioner and the top guide, and then the holder for the cam can be unscrewed and removed, and then it can be slid out the left side. Is that right?

    Sprockets, brake discs and chain...

The original one is made by PBR. Dont think there is a big after market for 40t steel because the original one is pretty good.

    Anyone swapped cams yet?

So, I figure in the next time, or time after that, when the valves get checked, the Cam will be due. The one small pit can be felt with a metal tool like the feeler guage, but not with a finger 🙈🙈🙈 Otherwise the wear looks pretty normal for this type of motor from what I seen on the intronet...

    More Rubbers (please)

So at 1500 miles into the SM2 Tires, the rear's 6mm of tread is now at 3mm. One word to describe performance: sovereign

    Question about the 2024 Svartpilen

Going to agree. I wouldnt spend money on that, would get straight away a Rekluse Clutch instead. (Now on a 160+ hp 4-cylinder bike it would be a different story)

    Sprockets, brake discs and chain...

5 spoke wheel comes with Galfer disc, wire spoke comes with Brembo. I have the KTM branded Galfer "Wave" Brakes on my 5 spoke wheels. I also feel that the initial bike is really good on the Galfers. On my spoked wheels, I have KTM branded Brembo "normal" Brakes I feel like they develop more...

    Baby Bosch Grinder

Of all the tools Ive used from this series of Bosch, the starlock one, which is also pretty cool by the way, is the only one where I felt the 2.0ah was pushing its limits.

    Baby Bosch Grinder

I have never used it with anything other than the 2.0ah batteries.
