    Bypass sidestand sensor

If you unplug it and just put in a jumper wire you should be fine.

    Front Rotor Options

I've been ordering from Italy and Germany to the US and it wasn't clear at all if there would be extra fees but there was nothing. I wound up saving several hundred dollars on purchases last year doing it that way.

    Front Rotor Options

That was the flame rotor I was referring to. At least in the US you can't order motomaster stuff. I guess I could look at international dealers and have it shipped.

That's weird that it doesn't show the earlier models. It clearly fits as shown in the thread I linked.

It is a ~$350 upgrade. Total bullshit, the hardware is already on your bike, they just added a paywall for it. Same for cruise control and the dynamic pack.

    Front Rotor Options

The only way I know of to get the wave rotor is to order directly from Galfer. ProjektRacing has a front rotor listed for sale, you could contact them to see which one it is. But either way, you are looking at $300.

The only thing I have been able to find is the Galfer wave rotor. You need part number DF941CW for the wire wheel. There is also apparently a Flame rotor but that seems to only be available in Europe. https://hqvadventure.com/forum/threads/mounted-wave-front-disc.1305/

    Ride Report

When it is really cold I wear my Hestra ski gloves. They are good enough for doing 60 on a ski slope when it is zero F.

    Heated Grips

There are available accessory outlets in a couple spots but I don't know what the current limit is. I thought handgrip heaters would be high but if it is only a 5A fuse you could tie in to those just fine.

    801 Vitpilen?

It would be printed in sections. Fusion 360 doesn't care how big your design is so I would make it in one piece and then print out the right or left half in two or three pieces. I would have to do that anyway to really nail down the mounting points since I would be making measurements, I don't...

    801 Vitpilen?

They've shown up in Florida. I'm getting excited. First thing I'm doing is 3d printing a bunch of tank cover variants to play with, this thing is going to look like a proper cafe bike. A small headlight fairing like the customized one that showed up at the bike show and some motogadget...

    2025 KTM 390 Supermoto, $5499

Hahaha. I had no idea it was that much. ok, so this thing is less than half the price that's pretty great. Who the hell would pay 13 grand for a KTM thumper? No wonder they are bankrupt.

    2025 KTM 390 Supermoto, $5499

Therein lies the problem. Price is great and I guess if that is your limiting factor then it is a good idea, but when you can get a 690 with real nuts and it weighs the same what is the point. They should try to get it down to 300#, then it could really be a hoot. I played for an afternoon...

    Fuel-X location

Same, although the first thing I did was swap to a Shorai to drop the 6 lbs and gain space. The FuelX sits right where the stock battery was.

    39 tooth rear sprocket- unreasonable?

You must have the greatest 401 ever built or you are 6'5", 100 lbs and ride all the way back on the seat. With the same mods as you this bike doesn't have enough nuts to power wheelie in 2nd unless I ride off a cliff.
