I did what this guy did. Took cap off, sucked out fluid, filled it and opened the valve, pulled clutch, closed valve, released... Did that 20+ times and filled reservoir as it emptied.

It actually worked on the way home. I didn't try to rely on it too heavily but it worked! So, now it's in my garage and the part should be here by Weds of next week. Gonna try to figure out what tools I need in the meantime. Looks like it's held on by torx bolts...?

Mine did it this morning! I should have replaced it but I have no idea how to do that so I didn't. Fortunately, I made it close to work before it failed. Now I get to nurse it to this Aprilia motorcycle dealer near here. DAMN! LOL

I swear that thing will quickly slap the top of my foot multiple times sometimes during the shift. Is this normal? Also, shifting down through the gears when coming to a stop is usually unreliable. It just misses gears or pops into neutral. Anyone else experiencing any of these behaviors?
