It's a Duke 390 tail tidy that is adapted to the 801. Here you'll find some more information https://hqvadventure.com/forum/threads/duke-390-2017-2023-tail-tidy-adapted-to-the-801.1744/

    801 320mm brake discs

Yes, it seems you are right; "ABS remains active on the front wheel but is reduced. It is deactivated entirely on the rear wheel. Cornering ABS is also disengaged" A pic from the KTM website; it should be the same with the 801; good to know!

    801 320mm brake discs

That's a bit strange; to my understanding the supermoto mode just deactivates the rear ABS, but without changes to the front ABS; here a pic from the owners manual.

I haven't noticed anything like that with the ABS so far.

Mirrors, blind spot detection and dashcam

Yes, the stock bar end weights are quite long; you can easily add the spacers and the weights are still firmly attached to the handlebar.

Mirrors, blind spot detection and dashcam

Hi, the mirrors are indeed not plug and play with the stock bar end weights. I've added some custom made adapter rings/spacers to attach the mirrors to the stock bar end weights. Maybe it'll also work if you move the controls further inwards; but I haven't tested it. Alternatively some...

    Suspension upgrade

I have no personal experience with YSS, but many people are very satisfied with the suspension parts; and I have never heard anything negative about YSS; especially about the higher product ranges.

    Suspension upgrade

Did you also check YSS-suspension? As the quality of the parts is pretty good and they are more budget-friendly, it could be an interesting alternative to Ohlins, etc. https://www.yss.co.th/products/list?vehicleTypes=MOTO&brand=163&model=16894&year=2025

    801 side-pannier-rack

With the Husqvarna side bag carrier it's the same; and it seems to work fine. But agree, a bracket that is also attached on the right hand side should be more stable.

    Suspension upgrade

The KTM Apex Pro 6500 Cartridge / 53182R81SET is listed to fit the Duke 790/890 and GP from 2018 - to 2026; and also the 801; I would assume it's the same with other manufacturers. Here you'll find some more information about the KTM Apex Pro 6500 Cartridge kit...

    Oil change service interval light

Yes, according to the manual it's 2,9 liters. You can download the manual with all needed information, incl torque specs etc. from the Husqvarna website. https://www.husqvarna-motorcycles.com/en-us/service/user-manuals.html

    801 Slip-on / exhaust list

The stock exhaust with the completely removed db-killer was quite "reverberating"; especially at higher rpms; with the short custom made db-killer it's less loud and more raspy; it's perfect to me; I would guess it'll be quite similar with the Remus.

    801 Slip-on / exhaust list

You could also shorten the DB-killer; that's what I would do.

Alternatively this SW-Motech "Triumph Speed 400 / scrambler 400" SLC-side-carrier should also work with an additional bracket; maybe even with a short tail tidy. https://sw-motech.com/en/products/luggage/Legend+Gear/side+carrier/4052572279809.htm

Here again; if someone is looking for a bigger side pannier; it's a webfind; a SW-Motech "Yamaha XSR900 GP" SLC-side-carrier (with a Legend Gear side bag) adapted to the 801. Here you'll find some more information about it...

Not USD, they were 171 SEK (Swedish Krona); about 19 USD, but the part number changed and they have become more expensive. The new part number is 00010000447; now they are about 45 USD. https://www.husqvarna-motorcycles.com/en-us/technical-accessories.html?c1=0&year=2025&segment=Naked...

    801 Helmets....

Not the cheapest option, but the Arai helmets fit my head extremely good; it's a RX-7V and a Concept-X / Rapide Neo.
