Honestly I have only been on Michelin sport and Michelin road for the last 15 years. I used to ride sports up front and road on the back for a somewhat even wear. Nowadays it seems the road 6 works equally good up front and rear so…

I like the look of these tires, the 401 tires and the Mutans but I’m riding 100% on good tarmac so I think the Michelin road 6 will be better tires for me. I’ve read some great reviews about the 6’s.

4200km. I have booked a service time early May. During the service I’m also going to the Vit 801 tires.

Same here. Sadly the Vut 801 covers won’t fit without replacing the inner mount so I have painted mine black with plasti dip while I’m waiting for an alternative. I have the forged carbon heal guards on order.

Nope. I have been looking. Some Duke 790 parts fit of course, but I’m only going to put forged carbon parts on this one and I haven’t found any.

Are all the screws screwed from the outside? I’m guessing the space inside the subframe is pretty tight.

It’s a lot of bike for the money as long as it doesn’t break down. I’m not too worried about it since I have 4 years of warranty and additional warranty for up to 80000km / 10 years as long as I service it at my official dealer (which I’m doing). I’m very happy with mine. Only 4500km down but...

I used to use the quick shifter on the 401 all the time but with the 801, the power is so high I’ve felt no need to use the quick shifter. I use it sometimes but it’s kinda pointless.

So they basically ”removed” the quick shifter and lowered the price the equivalent amount. I never use the quick shifter but it’s strange to remove it from one year to the next.

That’s great prices! I payed €12300 for my Svart 801. According to the Husky website they removed the quick shifter for both the Vit&Svart 801 2025.

Did they lower the price on the 2025 models? The 2025 Vitpilen is a lot cheaper than the 2024 Svartpilen here.

    Small bag for Vitpilen?

I didn’t find a small enough bag intended for the rack. The bag was available in black as well, I liked that look. It was also convenient to be able to fill up the bike without removing the bag. The bike is sold now.

Fabulous! Will be interesting to see it with the rear light on.

    Small bag for Vitpilen?

The. It’s good no one is forcing you to buy it. :)

Correct. The Duke has different measurements, so a Duke hanger won’t fit.

I haven’t done anything to the foot pegs so I don’t know if it’s a shared part.

I don’t know if I like or dislike the look with hand guards but they seem to work when it comes to stopping the cold winds.

    39 tooth rear sprocket- unreasonable?

I have heard 7% for one tooth in the front but that depends on the original gearing. If you know the max speed you can use an online gear calculator.

I made a video. :) And installed some wind protection for the hands.
