The 701 is VERY finicky when it comes to gasoline. Especially if it gets some "E10" fuel. A PCV may help. I have a PCV on my 701 and the only "flame-out" I had was due to fuel from CostCo. Ever since, I spec either Shell or Chevron fuels exclusively. No more problems with flame-outs. Now...
