The blue bit is where I put the piece of zip tie. Works perfectly. I always have zero play in my throttle setup. I prefer it this way

I made some temporary ones from bits of zip tie. Been in around 1000km

@blue_monkey, yeh I got the lithium Husky battery, part number Ref : A60711953044 but not from Husqvarna ( much cheaper elsewhere )

If it´s the OEM Husky Gel battery it is the same size as the standard battery. I replaced mine to help reduce weight

I hated the look of the standard mirrors and settled on these. Can be mounted above or below the bar (or anywhere in between Tbf) Great rear view considering there small size. You will always have a blind spot on a motorcycle regardless of the mirror you choose. I have been riding and racing...

Kind words @Tom, I´m still not sure. Have been looking at full carbon options. At least it´s easy to remove. The small parts were difficult too hold and stretch the vinyl, hence not a perfect job on my part. Was interesting tho.

A little experiment today. Tried some 3M vinyl carbon wrap. I ordered high gloss but sadly it’s not that glossy. First photo is OEM, the others my first attempt at wrapping. I thought the gloss wrap would match the carbon on my Akra, wrong. Maybe I’ll try a different vinyl, or perhaps just...

While the headlight on the Vitpilen looks amazing it´s a pain in the ass to clean. All the flying bugs seem to end up in it´s deeper more inaccessible parts. I´ve just bought a detailing brush to make life easier.

If you think this is hot don’t try a Ducati Scrambler. The Husky is very cool by comparison. I live in Andalusia in southern Spain so know about heat😉 Welcome to the 801 club Btw
