New Bike, now all I need is a Plaid Shirt.

With 15/40 and 114 chain there wouldn’t be many threads left for adjustment. For that reason I went with a 112 chain.
If choosing the 15/42 ratio the standard length chain (114 links) should be fine.
As much as I know, Husqvarna OEM 520 spare part chain has always 118 links and needs to be shortened to fit the chosen sprocket ratio.

Yeah, I noticed with the stock Licence Plate holder arm thing the option of turning the adjuster block to the long side doesnt seem like it is an option.

Use a paper.

This time I just used the cardboard piece that came with the Husqvarna / KTM Original oil change kit and ripped it into 2 pieces.

It also enables you to see the particles / debris on the white background.

Riding a motorcycle is really cool. Getting behind the wheel of a motorcycle and driving off into the sunset is not a dream? Anyway, the fashion for two-wheeled stallions is unlikely to disappear. Having peaked in the late 90s and early 2000s, the general boom in motorcycles of various types and firms subsided a little, but it never completely disappeared. Today, this industry is flourishing again, and we would like to figure out why it would not hurt for you and me to switch from a car to a motorcycle and for what it is worth learning this at all. Of course, in addition to free parking and the ability to freely avoid congestion, there are more important reasons. Also don't forget to change the tires. You can do this with sticky-stuff.co.uk.

I just ordered the brembo 07BB19SR for the front and the 07BB02SX for the rear. Both should be ECE90 road legal in Europe.

If the weather gets better and I could get some driving time with these brake pads I will post my experience.
Some time and riding distance later I can report my experience.

These pads are an overall improvement against the OEM pads. No matter if cold or warm/hot there is always an excellent braking performance, dosability and feeling.
They provide a stronger initial bite from cold until no noticeable fading then hot.
Only the squeaking noise from the front then braking to a stop is still the same like with the OEM brake pads.

Update.
yeah, I know running without the lid is alluring.
And yeah, After a few rounds I just have to keep it real.
Personally I find the bike runs much better with the lid installed.

Maybe cause of my chain, but who knows.
🙊🙊🙊

Valve Job 701, done.
Plugs still good, went back in.

Interestingly, the most time consuming part was finding the thumb screw for my Starrett feeler gauge after I thumbed it too far and it vanished in a jungle of vacuum hoses and wiring.

🤦‍♂️

Where did all these horses take place for grazing, at the crank or at the wheel?
Can you publish the dyno graph?

I have one, but it shows more stuff than street mode will allow 🙊

Removing the lid completely on my bike vs. how I set it up added exactly 0.5 horsies across the whole chart and more noise.
