2024 Svart steering damper

What does your bike do that makes you think you want one?
Maybe..... Because I WANT one.. (sorry, pet peeve.. People not answering but instead asking "why".. )
But longer answer.. I set my suspension up as well as I could, but my loads vary wildly. The bike is super light (and I'm only 130 lbs) and at over 70mph (I'm commonly at 80+) the front end can get really light and busy. Especially with the high, gusting winds we tend to have around here and 50 lbs of gear mounted on/behind the pillion.
A steering damper will hurt nothing, and easily clean up some of the busyness I am experiencing at speed. I woods raced (enduro and hare scrambles) for ~30 years and then road raced for almost 20 more and I always had dampers (usually Scotts) on all my bikes. It certainly won't kill me to put some kind of damper on this machine. The issue is fitment.. Just finding a mount that works. I may end up just fabricating one from some aluminum in my little garage shop.

lol.. It just seems like internet peeps never get actual answers to hard questions.. They always just seem to do "why?"s in such a way as they are basically calling you an idiot for asking..
hahahaha..Does get frustrating after a while tho..
Anyway, will most likely buy a generic fit damper and McGyver up a bracket. 2024 Svart is frustrating cause there's almost no aftermarket stuff for it.. annoying..
Eg, I would really like a tougher skid plate and case covers.. HARD TO FIND !!!
That being said, the KTM 380 Adventure looks like the skid plate and covers for it may likely fit and there seems to be growing aftermarket support for that...
