so, unfortunately my vitpilen 701 is legally underpowered at 48hp (european laws) and i already tried to repower it by going to a "schecy" remapper... but i doubt the quality of it...
first because the trottle is not linerar. ther is a hole between 70 and 100% trottle that it feels like the throttle body won't open completely until i go 100% on the throttle....

so my request is... there is a way, by buiyng something to remap my original bike without going to a dealer and do it all legally ( it will cost me more than 1500 euros/1600 dollars)

I've only had my Vit 701 for a short time and i'm happy with the power but when i first got my Yamaha MT09 i was annoyed at a number of things....quirks and restrictions. My main gripe was the power came on all of a sudden at specific revs. This guy came to my place and fixed that, and more....including remapping the throttle to MY specifications so it's now totally progressive. This was 8 years ago and i think the cost was around AU$ 450. Half of that was for registering the software but the software can be used free of charge after that for a lifetime, for any upgrades.
I don't know how configurable the 701 ECU is but It's worth making a few calls to see if it's possible for someone to do the same.....either u go to them or they come to you ( or, they put u on the right track on DIY)

Unfortunately I don't know anyone here in Italy that does this sort of stuff... I tried contacting xecu but their response was that they don't have maps for the vitpilen... I'm literally stuck in a loophole and I don't know how to come out

I'm really not sure. I'd imagine that to do so from home you would have to have the proper equipment.
I've only seem two options for ECU flashing, taking the bike to the place it's done or taking the ECU.
However, I don't even know if eliminating the restrictions would be posible with a tune flash.

Any Husqvarna/KTM dealer can do it. Why do you choose the hard way? Just go to the dealer, pay one hour of diagnosis and solve your problem. My bike was the same as yours(35kw version). I went to the nearest KTM/Husqvarna dealer, asked them to flash the 55kw version software, and they did it. The whole process took about 30 minutes(including quick shifter recalibration).

Flashing my MT09 was done with a laptop at my home....all that was required was the software and that was half the cost but it's useable for a lifetime as additional flashes come out.
I had all restrictions removed from the gears/mapped throttle/disable oxygen sensor/fan to cut in at an earlier temperature.
For the 701s extra HP i think it's worth investigating further.

In Italy laws are stupid and because the dealer risks to go to jail for 3 years by doing so ( I can't drive motorbikes over 48hp, A2 driving license) so all the dealer that I have contacted won't do a thing unfortunately

I hoped that there is something like that, but the only one that I've found, xecu' don't have the maps

Here are the same laws but I have the A driving license. Ask a friend or someone with A driving license to go to the dealer and ask them to flash the ECU for you. But, if your bike is registred as 35kw category, you should firstly register the bike as 55kw category. When I registred the bike, they asked me if I want to register it as an 35kw category or a 55kw one. These bikes have double homologation. Or, you can search a guy with Magic Flex tool by Magicmotorsport(Italian brand that can read the KEIHIN CAN protocol) and clone a 55kw ECU to your existing ECU. Or, the third option, swap your ECU with the one from another Svart/Vit that is registred as a 55kw version, and go to the dealer with the other bike and ask them to reflash the ECU. Or...the 4th option, send the goddamn ECU to someone that can flash it, like PirateRacing(Germany) or MCE Performance(Austria).
And BTW, the laws are not stupid...they are as they are because, you know...things happen😉
