Curious if anyone has found a suitable fender eliminator for the 801?

I don’t see how what would work. The 801 doesn’t look like the 401 at the back.

Here’s how the mount looks. The 4 screws in the circle are the ones used for mounting.

Maybe a tail tidy that will fit the KTM 125 / 250 / 390 Duke 2024+ can be adapted; but I don't think it will fit without any modifications; the "base plate" that is mounted to the rear frame seems to be different; but the angle and lenght of the arm might be OK; and it wouldn't be too difficult to fabricate a new base plate.

The closest I’ve found going by looks is the 1290.

I do fear however, that the angle of the 1290 is steeper, so even if the holes fit, the plate might not get the right angle.

That's helpful. I'm assuming that the long pipe will also present a problem with the fender eliminator in place? Seems like the long pipe may be too close to the signals?

Here a pic of a custom tail tidy (a webfind); but the angle of the numberplate seems to be way too step; here in Germany it should be 30°; 45° is acceptable; never had any problems with the other bikes with about 45°.

He is going to burn up that indicator. The indicators are also too close to each other to comply with regulations. That’s a Swedish bike, where did you find the pic?

With some small LED indicators like the Motogadget Pin it should be fine.

I’m pretty sure I don’t have to worry about the indicators with my exhaust (that’s why I bought a low/short exhaust, but the plate hitting the wheel could be a problem without the beak.

I contacted MG-Biketec in Austria. They don't plan to produce a tail tidy for the Svartpilen 801, as it would be (with an angle of 30 degrees) almost the same length as the original. Since Biketec wants it to be street-legal, the angle would have to be 30 degrees.

Agree; also don't like the angle of the arm and the indicator brackets.

Today I ordered an Evotech KTM 390 Duke tail tidy and will give it a try.

The length and angle of the arm might fit; maybe the angle needs some adjustment; a new mounting-plate to the frame is definitely necessary.
It works with the stock Husky/KTM numberplate light and with Husky/KTM indicators; the angle of the numberplate is 40°.
Not sure about the stock Husky indicators; maybe they will work; maybe shorter indicators are necessary.
