Hy to y'all, I'm new to this forum and I want to ask some questions
( Sorry if my English is bad is not my mother language)
So, I have the bad winners pc5 kit with the O2 sensor removal kit... My questions are these:
Is possible to install the O2 sensor kit delete without problems? It will generate a better afr on the low rpm and throttle part? And the bike will tune itself when weather changes and I go up or down on altitude?
The power commander 5 from bad winners and decat are used, the old owner told me that the bike will run better but from what I understand it will not auto tune itself to maintain the afr... It is true? And he said that he had troubles with the easy shift with the pc5 installed, he says that the gears are hard to get in and sometimes they will bounce back in a false neutral between gears... Even this is true? And if so.. I can modify something in the map with the C3 software?

Thanks in advance for the help

I have the PC5 and fuel dongle/O2 sensor delete, they work well together. Haven't had any gear shift issues since fitting it.

It might be worth connecting your laptop to the PC5, Dynojet have a number of free maps for the Vitpilen/Svart on their website. You can save whatever map Bad Winners have supplied (I would not be surprised to find out it is either the stock Dynojet map or one of their options) try some of the maps and see what happens.

Thanks for the advice, but the power commander will use the stock exu auto tune? Because I don't want my bike to lean or rich itself because wheather changes

The 701 doesn't have a stock auto tune. You can buy an auto tune unit to add on to the PC5, uses a slightly larger O2 sensor that will need a new threaded port welded into the downpipe. A well set up map on a dyno will be more than sufficient for most conditions. If you intend doing further mods, then the auto tune unit might be worthwhile.

From what I understand the VITPILEN has the O2 sensor for the closed loop part ( under 5500 rpm or 20% throttle) and the IAT and barometric sensor for the open loop...am I right?

I downloaded the dynojet map and are completely different each other... My question was this: the VITPILEN from my understanding has the IAT and barometric pressure sensor to auto tune itself...does the power commander use the signals from the autotuner inside the stock ecu? What I mean is, the signal from the stock ecu ( that has the IAT and barometric sensor to tune itself) gat taken and modified by the pc5 to add or subtract timing or values fuel and send them to throttle and injection...am I right?

If the 701 auto tunes at all it will be within very narrow parameters (emissions regs) and still be very lean. The Dynojet auto tune add on would be the only way to make real changes in real time.

So if I want to autotuner my pile I need the autotuner that I don't know how to install or adapt to my originale O2 sensor... But if I install the pc5 and the decat I will have problems with the afr? Because here where I live there are a lot of uphills and downhills and the air pressure and temperature change continuously.... If so is safer with the pc5 or completely stock? And witch map is better? The bad winner or the dynojet? Because are completely different... I don't know what to do

The PC5 and fuel dongle, even with a basic map will be better than stock. If you can find a map that matches your mods it will be better still, for perfection get it on a dyno for a custom map by someone experienced.

Thanks for the advice, one last question, if I install the pc5 I will have the afr go up and down continuously... It will harm the engine on the long run? And with the power commander the engine will last longer and have a richer afr?

The PC5 with most maps will be a bit richer throughout the rev range and at all levels of load, works exactly like stock, just better. A map that matches your mods will definitely be better for your engine.

So, now my VITPILEN has stock exhaust with removed db killer, decat and hole in the air filter cover and stock filter, I will reinstall the db killer but I don't know witch map is better... The bad winner map or the dynojet map

The open airbox/end can map on the Dynojet site might be worth a go. Free to download. You can save the Bad Winners map to your lap top and try them both.
