2019 FE501 I have a Duval lowering link and slid the tubes a bit - and just ordered a Seat Concepts Low seat to replace regular seat concepts comfort seat - but wondering if Zeta spacers for rear and front are a good idea?

5’5” and 150lbs. I know all about being short 😃 Not a fan of lowering links and dropping triples. Changes the geometry of the rear shock. Nice thing about the zeta and the SC low is it will net you 2” drop (and only lose 1” ground clearance) and you don’t have to get shorter springs - you can use your stock length. I have a 2022 FE350s (Seat Concepts low with Zeta front and rear) My woods bike is a CRF250X that I have lowered 2” (internally) and required shorter springs. Prior to that I pretty much tried it all… you won’t be sad if you do it.
