Snapped Crash Guard Bolt

I didn't know if I should create a new thread for this so posting here itself.
I noticed today that the Allen key or standard bolt that is fastened on the chassy for the crash guard on my Svartpilen 250 somehow just fell off or got cut by unidentified shear. This is without any impact or hit.
Noticed this tonight after I felt it moving about while giving the bike a bit of dusting with a dry cloth.
Strange!

Yikes! Could it have been over tightened?
In the USA we can get different qualities of bolts. Maybe replace it with a stronger grade bolt.

We'll, it hasn't been even touched since I've had it post June 20 and some 10k kilometres since. I'm still wondering how it came to the point of failure without impact.
Vibrations only couldn't have caused it.
I was used to nuts and bolts dropping off without notice on my 20yr old Royal Enfield Bullet which vibrated like anything and still does , never expected it to happen on a Husqvarna!
