RoadLok for Svartpilon 801

Hi

Collecting new 2024 model 801 from shop in couple of weeks and very excited.

I’m wanting to order the Roadlok from website and need to ensure I order the correct one, I would appreciate if someone who has 2024 model could take a measurement of the length between mounting bolts on the front caliper, center to center and confirm that the measurement is equal to 100mm and on right hand side please.

Hi,
there's an official roadlok for the 801 from Husqvarna, I bet you can take a look at that for measurements, or buy that one.

Since the roadlok is not certified in Sweden, as in insurance companies recognizing it as a proper lock our bike is not covered if we use the roadlok (unless we use another lock besides the steering lock that is).
 
Thanks CRK, I did have a look at some sites in oz that stock this as a part, unfortunately it’s not clear that they fit the 801 and the model part numbers also differs.

Thank you for that. I’ve tried providing those details to the sales at roadlock and unfortunately the reference number on the husqvarna site ie really only the OEM and Roadlok won’t be able to reference that number. They have just requested that to make sure I order correctly I just need to ensure it’s the X-RAY right hand side and to ensure the spacing on bike is calipers are 100mm apart. It would be easier just ordering through husqvarna dealer, however the 130% markup is hard to swallow.

Yeah the last part is probably the most important one.
