Hi All,
After a longer ride-out I'm suffering from neck / shoulder pain.
I'm not exceptionally tall (183cm) and prefer a somewhat sportier / supermotard / attack mode riding position.
Meaning I lean somewhat forward, toes are on the footrest.

This position pushes my shoulder backwards, probably the cause of the pain.
Any ideas on what a good starting point would be?
Position of handlebar, higher seat,...?

Open to all suggestions except going to the gym

The handlebar risers have two positions, Make sure its on the furthest setting. You could also put a lower set of bars (Duke 790 or Svartpilen for example)

I would make incremental changes to see what makes a difference before you start messing with footpegs etc.

Just crossed my mind... I had a light backpack that day.
Will check if it stays the same without.

If it does I'll check the handlebars position (and change it no matter the current position)

If you want to stick with Husqvarna parts, you could give the higher Ergo-seat a try and you could change the handlebars to some Vitpilen bars.
Not street-legal here in Europe, but from Tenagafraser you could also get some rearsets.

Edit:
I just noticed the Tenagafraser rearsets fit the 801 and also the Duke 790/890.
So most likely also the KTM Power-Parts Duke 790/890 rearsets; and also rearsets from other manufacturers may fit the 801.
