Registration Problems?

There are two possible issues:

1) Sometimes your spam filters are the problem. What often happens with modern spam filters is: they see that you are receiving email from a place that you have never personally sent email to. And the email you receive "looks" automated. So it gets marked as spam.
If you don't get a registration email within minutes of signing up, please check your spam folder and filters.
You may need to "whitelist": admin@hqvadventure.com​
Also, it can help to add "admin@hqvadventure.com" to your address book.​
If you are using a work email address, you may have to check with the business's IT department.​

If you continue to have problems registering, please email admin@hqvadventure.com
Be sure to tell us the username you selected when signing up.

In fact, sometimes just emailing admin@hqvadventure.com will clear things up, as your spam system sees you intend to correspond with the address. So it's possible the email you sent to us fixes everything.

2) Sometimes the forum systems will flag your signup for additional review. This could happen for a variety of reasons, for example, your choice of username may look like someone else who has been a spammer, or you may share an IP address block with someone who has been a spammer. We try check for "stuck" signups once a day. If you aren't cleared within 24 hours or are just in a hurry for some reason, please email us at admin@hqvadventure.com.
