So my son at the sand dunes pegged out his bike and I thought he messed up the clutch but when I pulled the clutch out everything looked fine but I found those little metal pieces in the case. Where could those have come from. Nothing looks broken right away but I’m not sure what those little pieces could be. Thank you.

Hard to see in that photo... but are those snapped off gear teeth?
Exactly what year and model?
What do you mean "rear wheel won't engage"? Does the bike run? Does it shift? Does the rear wheel spin when you let the clutch out?

It is a 2020 TC65 husky. The rear tire won’t spin. But there are not any teeth broken off in the clutch case. Everything in there looks good as far as I know on this bike. First time taking this cover plate off. The bike starts right up. But I’m not sure if it will shift or not. I don’t think it does. When this happened he tried to shift and it wouldn’t but that was the only time that was tried.

I'm thinking, sadly, those are transmission teeth from the gear box. Maybe the rider is shifting harshly?
Found this...
