Rear Bag and Side Bag simultaneously

Yes, they can be mounted simultaneously.
But the Husqvarna rearbag is (imho) completely nonsense; 5 liter capacity is very small; and the additional brackets to strap it to the bike makes no sense.

Alternatively I can highly recommend the Kriega US-series; it's not cheap, but the quality is outstanding; and the look is decent and also fits the 801 (again imho).
I have the US10, US20 and also the US30 (10, 20 and 30 liter capacity); a US5 with 5 liter capacity is also available.
For traveling I can combine them; if needed; and they are strapped to the bike without any additional brackets.

You should mount one or the other.

The Husqvarna side bag is 5l also....

Hoe did you mount those under the million seat? What are they attached to?

The front-straps are attached to the frame, the rear-straps are connected with each other under the pillion seat.

I second Kriega. I have three backpacks and the quality is second to none. I have had one of the backpacks for 10+ years and it still holds up.

For some "heavier" luggage I also have some loops that can be mounted to the attachment points underneath of the rearframe (the same attachement points that are also used to assemble the Husqvarna-bag brackets), but for some standard use the straps underneath the pillion seat are absolutely fine.
