Anyone have any exceptional power increase from mods? I've got 40 rear wheel with complete exhaust, open air box cover, stock filter, and fuel-x lite. Quite satisfied. Of course Dyno results will vary between manufacturers and even between dynos off the same production line. Short of turbo charging, big bore kits, nitrous oxide, etc. 40 seems quite reasonable to me!

Did they put a wideband in your exhaust during the dyno run? If you have an open airbox and a full exhaust I would be surprised if the fuel-x lite is sufficient. But going with more ecu control is really more about safety than anything else, you can make quite a bit of power running lean. 40 seems great for these little bikes, I spent more time making it light than anything else.
