I just purchased a very clean 2013 TE449 with about 2500 miles on it. Got a question. When idling the bike is showing it's charging between 13.4-13.5 volts. Is that too low? Another thing I noticed when I removed the seat, the gas vent line has been removed and blocked off. Will this cause a problem at all?
